The premises may be finished to 'turnkey" standard.
Normally the apartments will be offered in the developer finishing standard, however, at the individual client's request it is possible to finish the premises to 'turnkey' standard. In both cases during construction stage there is a possibility to change arrangement of partitions, as well as installations route. The changes will be made upon request and according to the design presented by the client. The investment provides a possibility to chose apartments with electric heating or with heat pump. The complex site is going to be fenced, monitored and guarded and PORTA MARE Sp. z o.o. shall professionally administer the buildings. It will be also possible to administer the apartments located in a building upon your request. For this purpose we offer you making an agreement for administration of a purchased apartment. We are prepared for rendering services to clients purchasing apartments for making profit from renting, as well as we are able to secure recreation of the apartments' owners. The date of transferring first apartments from the investment Porta Mare LEŚNE TARASY is October 30, 2015.
