Porta Mare investment

The construction of the presented "Eastern" luxury apartment building is the first stage in the building project of the "PORTA MARE" luxury apartment complex. The "Eastern" building will be complete in 2012. It will coincide with the renovation of four already existing blocks of flats constituting a resort "PORTA MARE". In 2015 the modernised buildings will reappear as the "Central" luxury apartment building and together with the "Eastern" building will form a building complex, absolutely unique in Poland.

The location of the "PORTA MARE" complex makes it an ideal place for people who appreciate peace and quiet. Our real estate is situated directly by the Baltic beach. From the south the "PORTA MARE" complex is surrounded by the Wrzosowo Gulf and a pine forest.

The prime location is not the only asset of the "PORTA MARE" complex. Tennis courts, sports hall, basketball and volleyball courts and playground for children will be an integral part of the complex. There will also be a swimming pool on the ground floor of the "Central" building, while on the first floor residents will enjoy a 900 m² SPA.

Dziwnówek is a typically tourist and ecological town functioning without big companies or plants which might pollute the natural environment. The town is famous for its wide and clean beaches, to which you will have access from a private descent located right next to the building.
